And it's good for you :)

I was scoping out Facebook the other day and zeroed in on the tidbit to the left and thought it'd be an interesting topic for W/E Wednesday, that topic being laughter.  After watching this video of people being slowly overtaken

by contagious laughter, I was compelled to delve deeper into the pool of humor.  Plugging in "Contagious Laughter" into a YouTube search brought up the next bit of information. Discussing his film "Laughology" is Canadian filmmaker and Laughologist (I kid you not!) Albert Nerenberg and with him is one of the subjects of his film, Doug Collins, who purportedly has the most contagious laugh in the world.  I do find this snippet interesting (although not terribly funny) in that it discusses how important laughter is for your well being.

Here is Doug doing what Doug does.  I'm not sure if I'd dub him King of Contagious Laughter, but he does have an odd laugh that can make you giggle.

Ooo, giggles and ice cream :)

I love to laugh, just as the old Mary Poppins' song goes (ah, spurred me on to look that up...see below!) and I'm glad that I never really "grew up" enough to quit that habit. I do laugh fairly easy and my laugh has been likened to a "dolphin laugh"...I don't get it but everyone else seems to agree (no, actually I do get it but I'm playing coy).  I will continue on with my "Laughtercise" regimen (no joke, it's a real thing that I may touch on on another Wednesday) whether I want to or not because laughter is contagious, you know. :)

Time to do your Laughtercise :)
